Data we collect

• Identity and contact details you submit through the enquiry form (name, email, message, optional audit type and employee count)
• Technical data such as browser type and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
• Correspondence you send by email or phone

We do not ask for resident registration numbers, full bank credentials, or medical information through the website form.

Purposes

We use enquiry data to respond to audit requests, prepare scoping questions, and keep records of communications. Analytics data (only if accepted) helps us understand which pages are read.

Legal bases

Processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to an engagement, our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice website, and consent where you accept optional analytics cookies.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a related engagement requires longer retention under the engagement letter. Analytics data retained by any analytics provider follows that provider’s schedule. You may ask us to delete enquiry data earlier where no legal obligation requires retention.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. If a matter requires external counsel or a specialist, we share only what is needed and, where appropriate, with your knowledge.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in South Korea. If a processor stores data outside Korea, we seek appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Korean privacy requirements and inform you when a transfer is material to your enquiry.

Your rights

Subject to Korean privacy law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold, and you may withdraw cookie consent for optional analytics. Contact hello@think-service.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Korean privacy authority.

Children

This site is directed at business contacts. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
