Before a new payroll application or a major upgrade processes live wages, we walk parallel-run outputs, statutory tables, and leave balances so surprises do not land on the first real payday.

Included

• Review of configuration migrated from the prior system
• Comparison of parallel-run payslips for agreed employee cohorts
• Checklist of statutory calendars, tax tables, and social insurance parameters
• Go / no-go notes for the cutover window

Constraints

We need access to parallel-run results at least ten business days before the intended live date. Compressed timelines are possible only for smaller headcounts.
